    Hi everybody!
I own a Lenovo Thinkpad T400 which came with Windows Vista Business. I have reinstall Windows Vista Home Ultimate. But I decided after a while (this is several weeks later) that I wanted to reinstall the old version (Windows Vista Business). So I attempted to factory restore my machine via the F11 function, but it doesn't work.
    My laptop's status:
    - 3 partitions: SERVICEV003 & LENOVO partitions are remain, my Vista Ultimate's partition
    - The F11 function display on the menu (when I press Blue Button) but when I press F11, it doesn't work & just boot the OS

So anyone can help me to restore my Thinkpad to factory state
    Thank in advance
