    Hey,
Every couple of reboots, my T61p's keyboard just stops working (external or the laptop one). I can fix it by rebooting, but it's really annoying. I also have a docking station and whenever I undock, it also has this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Oh and one more problem. I can't set the monitor to shut down after a certain period of time through Windows. Every time I try to, power manager resets it to "never" and my monitor stays on all day. Where is the setting through power manager?

I have this same problem with the touchpad on a T61. I have not found a fix for it yet.

i am assuming they are driver issues; download the proper one and reinstall them

What drivers though? I have no idea what's causing this problem. Plus, this is a clean install - all my drivers have been downloaded through Lenovo. And Thinkvantage update doesn't really work because I didn't install all the drivers through Thinkvantage.

Okay, I guess I'll call Lenovo at some point in the near future. This is actually really bad - it basically renders my docking station useless because I have to reboot every time I undock. Takes up a whole lot more time than unplugging a couple wires.

An update: I fixed the problem by installing the Ultranav driver. Phew.

Thanks for the info. Installing the Untranav driver right now. :)
btw, do you have problem with the sound card driver? My sound card sometime disappear after a reboot and then it will come back right after the next reboot. I guess there is some drive that I need to install, but don't know which one. :(
