I am having a couple issues on my new S10. (Purchased January 1).

    1) First, when I try to start Windows Media Player, it doesn't load the program at all. It simply says an internal error has occurred.

    2) The other problem is that I can't seem to connect to wireless internet connections anymore. It just continues trying to "Identify Network". I've tried connecting to multiple wireless access points and I can never connect.
Perhaps I need to update driver software?

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks,
    Ted

You can always try a system restore to the point before you had issue. If this has been something more than a recent issue, a full reinstall may be an easy solution, but you will have to reinstall you applications and connect up any media links, etc. As for your wireless issue, try booting into safe mode and refreshing your drivers with whatever Lenovo is offering as the most recent. Make sure to completely uninstall the old drivers prior to installing the new ones. In regards to the WMP issue, try to reinstall it. You should manually be able to uninstall it via Programs and then go to Microsoft's site and get a download link for WMP 11. Good luck.
