I am unable to print screen either with
ctrl + PrtSC or Alt + PrtSc or Fn + PrtSc

I need to copy the screen shots & save it as images.

Couple of days, I used to copy the print screens with Alt + PrtSc Now it is not working. I do not know the reason. I rebooted & tried but no luck.

Will there be any service for that?

Appreciate your help in this regard

    Thanks,
    Ravi

The print screen button should be completely independent of anything thinkpad, lenovo, or thinkvantage, windows should be controlling it. If you have not done so yet, just press print screen without using ctrl alt or fn, then paste into app.

Browsing around Google, I noticed that some people reported losing the function of the print screen button after loading some piece of software, then it was restored after the software was uninstalled.

Have you installed or uninstalled any programs or softwares between the time Print Screen worked to now?

I installed thinkvantage & finger print reader software. I am using Finger print reader..
Thinkvantage installation is incomplete & it throws error dialog when I reboot.

Just now I installed Gadwin PrintScreen & noticed that hotkeys (PrtSc or Alt + PrtSc, Ctl + PrtSC) are already in use & opted for unused F6 keys.

Is there way to open hotkey function mapping so that I can see - is it active or disable by any means..

    Thanks,
