    Putting the T60 to sleep freezes it, solution?

    I usually put my thinkpad into sleep mode, because booting up vista everytime is a pain. Anyways I notice that if I ever put it into sleep mode after 2 or so times, the machine tends to freeze. Any ideas as to why this happens and possibly a solution?

    If there's a thread all ready covering this particular issue could I see the link? I searched but couldn't find anything satisfactory.

    I don't know why it would freeze, but you could try using hibernate instead, in the meantime.

    My T61 screen keeps staying black after waking up. I flashed the BIOS yesterday to see if it solved the problem, so you might try the Lenovo site to see if there's an update waiting for you. I don't know yet if it worked though.
