Please excuse me for re-posting this thread, I am doing it now during business hours for the slim chance that a Lenovo Tech-Rep might be monitoring this website and could clarify this issue. Does anybody actually know if the Quadro 570 card is still available for the Lenovo T61? Numerous current links show it as being available , and numerous current links show it as being unavailable. I have done the chat on-line thing and was told the 570 card was not available , and I have also been told over the phone that it was available. I have, also, also, been told over the phone that it was unavailable ,and that numerous customers cancelled orders after thier orders went thru the appropriation process and were contacted and told the card was no longer available. Lenovos online support has not been able to clear up this question for me and Lenovos phone support has not made things any clearer. Does anybody actually have the answer to this question or any suggestions on how I can get the answer?? 1st Link--No Quadro 570 Card Available, only the nvs140m http://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/c...33FDA517A5C756 2nd Link Quadro 570 Card is avaialable http://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/c...0025:00001945: ---After you select the WUXGA screen option the Quadro 570 card shows up in the shopping cart. Here is another link that shows it as being available http://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/c...:00000311:

Well, sad to say, I think the following quote from another NBR member lays to rest the question of Quadro 570 GPU availability: (also the links in my previous post have been disabled) ------------------------------------------- "After 2 est ship date delays, I just received a cancellation notice on a fully loaded T61p order I had placed on 08/03. Notice states I have 5 days to respond but basically no T61p will be built regardless.

Now before I hear about how the T61p is discontinued, this order was placed when Lenovo still offered them and the shift in ship dates would imply they intended to fulfill the order.

At any rate, anyone think there might be something to gain by responding...say a hardship discount on a T400 or T500 ?"

I am still completly perplexed about this situation. If you type "lenovo" into the google search engine, the very first result that comes up is---www.Lenovo.com Lenovo ThinkPad Laptops Starting at $579. Powered by Intel Technology. If you click on this you come to an official Lenovo web page. If you then click on the T61 model you are brought to a customize page where you can still select the quadro 570 and WUXGA option. Why is Lenovo still offering this laptop configuration, yet cancelling pre-existing orders??!!(if you select the WUXGA screen the Quadro 570 is listed in the shopping cart)
