Are the people who purchased x200's happy with their purchase? Is anyone looking back and saying i should have purchase a T400 with LED?

Their battery lives seems to be similar when both are equipt with 9-cell batteries.

I love my x200. I most definitely prefer it over a T400. The x200 has the same keyboard (although I have heard the T400 has flex, the x200 most certainly does not), is much lighter, has a good screen, and no stupid touchpad to get in the way. The x200s sounds intriguing, but it is too expensive, and has less staying power [I kept my T40 for five years] due to the weaker processor.

The one possible advantage of the T400 is switchable graphics, although I think the x4500HD is more than adequate for office work, light gaming, and video playback (it even accelerates h264 decoding). Optical drives are obsolete now that you can get an 8GB SD card for ≈$20.

    Hi,

There is a dedicated thread to the x200

I am very happy with mine. An x200s would be great with the LED screen and better resolution but as jonlumpkin mentioned, the cost is a bit more. I also was able to get the free SSD from lenovo's web error.
