Got a question. If I decide on the day I receive the Lenovo that it's not for me, I know I'll have to pay the 15% restocking fee. Is this regardless whether I open up the unit or not?
Thanks

Yes it is.

Alrighties. Guess I have all the leeway I need to open up the unit and conduct typing tests. If my suspicions are correct, I'm going to be able to get faster typing speeds with the Lenovo.

Says has to be sealed... -
'... in cases of Lenovo error.' Any other reason is 15% restock fee.
-
Usually, once it ships, you're committed to the laptop and if you choose to back out after that point, you will have to pay the 15% restocking fee.
On an unrelated note, OP, please edit your posts in the future instead of making multiple posts in a row--thank you. -
Will do. So whether it's sealed or not doesn't matter, right?
-
Yes, you will be assessed for the 15% fee regardless, at that point, unless you get an RMA for something that falls under "Lenovo error": a defect, DoA, incorrect specs, etc.
