    Question about 9 Cell Battery

    Is the 9 Cell battery bigger in size than the 6 Cell? Would it protrude from my T500? The 6 Cell fits in flush against the rest of the casing. Just wondering if same is true with 9 cell.

    With the T500, the 9 cell sticks out 0.83" from the back of the notebook. The 6 cell fits flush with the chassis.

    I like to think of the battery protruding out as a nice handle when I transplant my rig from one desk to another.
