    Question about shipping status

    Hi, I ordered a z61t on August 3rd. I got an estimated shipping date of the 22nd. Everytime I check the online status it says "In Process". I wanted to know if it will show different stages of the process in the online status or will it just say "in process" until it is ready to be shipped?

    I'm in the same boat: I ordered a T60 on August 4th, I've got an estimated shipping date of August 30th, and my order status just says "in process." I called Lenovo 2 days ago to try to switch out a component, and they looked up my account and told me that estimated shipping date was completely wrong.

    The guy I talked to said the computer was in the middle of assembly and that it should be shipped and I should have a tracking number by the beginning of next week (like the 14th). I'm not sure if Lenovo's just overly cautious on the online shipping dates or if the guy I was talking to was trying to appease me, but according to Lenovo my T60 should show up well before the estimated shipping date.

    It will say "In Process" until it ships. Then when they ship it, it will say "Shipped". :) I wouldnt put to much faith in their estimated ship date.

    You will be lucky if you get it before september.

    I am still waiting on my z61m that I ordered JULY 5th!!!
    Supposedly I am on the "critical list" too.

    Hoping it ships sometime next week

    Well orginally it was Aug 1st, then Aug 8, and now Aug 17th. I am on the critcal list and was told it could ship at anytime, but today is Aug 13th and still not shipped. Maybe I should have bought a dell.....
