    I just placed my order on a T60

    Core 2 Duo 2.0
    1 gig mem non parity
    14.1 inch sxga+
    ati x1400
    dvdrw
    9 cell

    now i would like to ask.... what's a good Notebook WEBCAM with Built-in speaker that fits well on a t60? and also what bags are good for it?

    yes, they do seem quite expensive... wasn't really planning on spending that much on a webcam. $80 for a webcam looks kinda steep for it's use

    The Logitech link that Matt posted has them for as low as $29.95; while lacking the best techno features, at least it would get you "webcaming".
