    Honestly, just download whatever Intel chipset drivers you can find on Lenovo's support website for your laptop model.

    The only changes that are going to be made to an Intel chipset driver package will be bugfixes. You are not going to see any performance improvements.

    In general, for something like a chipset driver package, having stable drivers is more important than having the latest drivers. Just download whatever Intel chipset drivers are on Lenovo's website, and call it a day.
