This was not me, but my friend ordered his T61 with the dedicated card so that he could do some gaming.

I got the nvidia quadro.. So far so good. I can play aoe3 on high settings (with some lag probably cause of only 1gb ram).

just curious, people with the Quadro, what kind of games are you able to play on it?
Is there a big difference between integrated and the Quadro for gaming, since it is not supposed to be a gaming graphics card?

I got the intel solution because my sole intention for purchasing this laptop is for a portable workhorse. I will from time to time play counter strike 1.6 on it, but that will be rare. I needed as much battery life as possible with minimal heat.

Is the Quardo same with Go7400 or Go8400MS? I can't seem to figure this out.

I ordered it with the x3100 because I'm going for maximum battery life. I do all my gaming/graphics on my desktop.

Firewolf, the 140m is the equivalent of a 8400GS, I believe.

I got the NVS 140m version, reinstalled XP just to see the scores of 3dmark06... got a 1662. Re-installing Vista Ultimate now and will run it again.
