on X60, the WWAN option, the Processor and display is 4MB L2. On the other hand, the bluetooth one is only 2MB L2.

Can someone please educate me the differences in 2MB and 4MB?
I dont use Wireless WAN. (will only if they drop the WWAN price alot)
Is there any benefits for me choosing it?

The larger L2 cache will help if you plan to do CPU intensive tasks like video encoding. WWAN allows you to get broadband internet over a cell phone network. If you don't plan to use it, it's probably not worth it.

The 4MB is going to be an advantage because the processor can store more information close by in memory that is on the processor die, instead of having to go to the slower main memory to fetch instructions. In general, the more L2 memory cache the better, especially as the difference between processor speed and memory speed gap widens.
