    Does Lenovo have any kind of online chat/email support is it only through the phone?

    The two problems I've experienced are processor whining and keyboard rattling... Is there a time period for a refund/return? If I just want to get the keyboard fixed, would you guys recommend sending it in or just getting a keyboard delivered and fixing it myself?

    Anyone with experience with Lenovo support can comment on these issues and how long the shipping/ service turnaround is?

    which laptop do you have again? No there is no chat facility, you have to call them, but in USA the support should be 24 hours.

    The CPU whine is not going to be fixed as such by a motherboard swap, the keyboard problem is probably fixable depending on the laptop you have.

    Thanks, I called in and was very impressed by their level of support. They're shipping me a box and said they'll try everything from switching out speakers, processor, to motherboard.

    Model is T410S.
