    Which one is actually the best;of these four?
    Do I need portibility?NO
    Good battery life?NO
    CD-Burner?YES
    Play DVD's?YES
    I email,im,and do word processing
    I'll need a good hard drive because I download alot of pics at times

    So,which of these is the best for my needs and budget?
    My budget is $740.00(max)!

    What's the max ram for the T23?
    And what's the max ram for the R40?
    Can a (lets say)60GB or 80GB 5400RPM be put in either one?
    Or who sell's the chea[pest 7200RPM?

    1. 1GB on the T23.
    2. It's either 1GB or 2GB on the R40. I'm leaning towards 2GB.
    3. Yes.
    4. With your budget, I'd settle for 5400RPM.

    Cheapest I could find the 60GB 7200RPM was $176.50 at ZipZoomFly. For $5 more you can get the 80GB. I don't think you are doing anything hard drive intensive like audio or video encoding where there is a lot of reading and writing on the drive. It is doing those things where the extra hard drive RPMs will make the biggest difference. I think you are best off saving your money since you seem to be on a limited budget. You can probably get an 80GB 5400RPM drive in the $80 range.

    Naw,I'll get a 7200RPM
    I'am not that limited.Just had a set limit that I wanted to spend!!
