    R50 Battery Problem

    I have problem with my R50 thinkpad battery. When I work on battery, after about 30-45 minutes the shuts down on its own and even after restart it wouldn’t start until few hours either with battery or with AC power. Always the same happens, although battery is fully charged.

    When I work on AC power there is no problem.

    All this started a year ago, when the motherboard got repair. I got it repaired thru. a local laptop repair center.

    Please suggest what could be problem.
