When I have enabled fingerprint scan instead of password when logging into windows and go to lock my computer (ctrl/alt/del) as soon as the screen saver kicks in when the computer is locked I lose the desktop. The background and the pointer are there but that is it and there is nothing I can do except a hard reboot. If I disable the fingerprint reader for login everything works fine.

Has anybody else experienced this issue or is the fingerprint software pretty buggy?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks
