I just got a Cell Phone, with Bluetooth capability. I turned my Bluetooth on my phone on, and enabled the laptop to use bluetooth as well, now my question is: will the phone and computer be able to see each other?? and if so, how....Im struggling with this =(

I've heard that some service providers, like Verizon (my carrier) does not allow its cell phone to communicate with any other device than bluetooth headset. So... you might want to check with your cell phone carrier.
