    Hello,

    i have just bought a new R61 14,1", everything is fantastic, but when i am typing on the keybord , when i push the RIGHT or DOWN arrow i can hear really different sound and arrow are not firm as the others.

    Can you help me, should i remove palm rest and reinstall 1 screw on the right side of the notebook (near right arrow) ?
