Do you have any link to the memory modules? (To lazy to search for it on Google :p )

    All SO-DIMM DDR2 PC2-4200/5300 512MB/1GB/2GB we have tried on T60x, X60x, Z60x, T61x, R60 work with no problems.

R61 models seem to have same memory specs like T61x series.

    Our favorites are: KVR667D2S5/2G (SO-DIMM DDR2 PC2-5300)

I ordered a new R61 with the T5470. I chose the AGN wireless too, so it should be all santa rosa (in newb theory). Also got the quadro 140m 128.

I want to throw 2 gigs of RAM in there. But do I go with 800mhz ram or what? Any brands better than others?

    Thanks.

Nope, you can read on the product specs that it supports PC2-5300, and that is 667MHz.

Choosing a specífic brand is.. well.. I don´t know... We have tried many different manufacturers, and they all seem to be ok.
