This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. The battery i want to buy is off of ebay. I did some some searching on the lenovo site and it sells the same 4 cell battery for the T and R series notebooks. The model number is 41U3196 for the standard 4 cell battery.
I would post the link to the ebay auction but this forum wont allow me until i have 14 posts. The seller says its a battery that will work with thinkpad battery models: 92P1127 41U3196 41U3198. The middle one is the type of battery i need for my R61. But in the product description it says the battery is for a lenovo T60/R60.
Do T60/R60 and R61/T61 all have interchangeable batteries?
