I am thinking about adding a 2 GB RAM stick to my T60. Do you guys have any recommendations on which one would be most compatible with the Thinkpads?

    Thanks

Another question is, can I mix and match 533MHz RAM with 667MHz RAM?

You shouldn't mix and match ram, possible BSOD and your FSB will be limited

The problem is, my T60 came with a 533Mhz 2GB RAM stick preinstalled. When I look around at retail 2GB RAM sticks, all I see are 66Mhz RAM's. Should I throw away that 533Mhz RAM stick then?

The Intel 945 chipset only supports 533Mhz if the total amount of RAM exceeds 2GB. Can I use that 667Mhz RAM in the T60? I am thinking about upgrading to 4GB total, now that the RAM prices are really cheap.

Don't throw it away. Either sell it or keep it as back-up. I think you can put two 2GB 667Mhz sticks in there. If your laptop only supports 533Mhz then they will run at 533Mhz. Just remember that it is OK to install 4GB of RAM in Vista or XP 32-bit but it will only use around 3GB of RAM. Must have Vista or XP 64-bit to utilize the entire 4GB.
