    RAM speeds

    According to the system info, the memory is 667mhz but I'm getting 300~ mhz on CPU-Z.

    I don't know how this stuff works so I just need some clarification.

    should be 333mhz and its ddr2 so its 333mhz X 2 667mhz

    The fact that its DDR"2" doesnt make it 333x2!!!!!

    DDR stands for double data rate!! Technically ddr2 667 runs at 166mhz but it writes 4 times per clock giving it an effective clock of 667.
