    Hello,

Does any body try to make RAID 5 on W700? Is it possible? (not only in theory)

the intel controller on that system supports RAID 0, RAID 1, and single disks (JBOD).

why would you want RAID 5, anyway?

RAID 1 is your best bet.   it will provide RAID 0 read speeds with redundancy.   having dealt with RAID for years, RAID 5 (especially with only three drives) makes little sense on a mobile platform.

in any case, enjoy the W700! :)
