    Hey
I have a Lenovo Y480. It came with a 32GB solid state and a 1TB hard. But with Rapid Boot, C: has all the hard drive space except for 24GB which has been put to the D drive. I have tried everything i can to increase the partition size of D to atleast 500GB so i can put in my other files. But have failed :(
I know i cant make any new virtual drives coz the max no has been made. :( but only ended up resetting the computer into factory default like 9times.
Finally i quit for fear of harming the hard drives by reseting so much!

    Any help would be great!

I copied everything from D: to a thumb drive. Then I deleted the D: partition, shrunk the C: partition, combined the unallocated partitions and named it D:

    hi Fletchman,

May I ask how did you install the rapiddrive? without getting boot drive corruption?

I did try a clean install before and my c drive gets corrupted after installing all drivers and some softwares for some unknown reason..

Did you do a clean install? and how? any special steps?

It was pretty much automatic. I never did do a clean install, however. All I ever did were OKR restores.

MBR mode. I have the original drives in place with the Lenovo-modified Windows OS.
