Is it possbile to rebuild the deleted hidden partition for recovery?

The recovery hidden partition (vista home premiun) in my Lenovo3000V100 has been accidently deleted.

My recovery CDs (7pieces) run fine but the operating system recovery seems lost. I can't recover it; thus, after recovery, reboot, errors showed that can't connect to HDPC network something like that..

How can I solve this problem...?

Lenovo says I need to purchase recovery CDs for ~$52..

I don't know about the 3000, but on ThinkPads the recovery discs rebuild the recovery partition, then from there rebuild the OS.
