Hello, I got my t60 today...
but while I was including many softwares, the blue screen popped up and the physical dumping thing reached a 100 and system restarted..
and the software was actually installed after I restarted. the icon was on the desktop.
When I tried to open it, it said that this program is not compatible with Vista.
So does the blue screen just mean that it is incompatible?
Should I ignore it and never try to install that program again?
    Thanks.

PS the program I tried to install was Alcohol 120%, a program used to read .iso files.

That happened when I started installing things on my Vista Machine. I have somewhere that alc 120 was vista compatible. Maye try to get an updated version of it. I do know that the new Daemon works. I'm fairly certain that your BSOD was because of that. Bad thing is the Vista lets it install anyway without really telling you on a few occasions. Most times it will pop up the compatibility box, unless you have the service turned off.

so I should just ignore it?
it sounds like just a simple compatibility issue..

that's all that I would think it is, if you did not install anything and it randomly BSOD, then you would have a problem. don't worry about it. unless you see the BSOD again... (randomly that is)

    nice system :D

try to see if you can replicate the same BSOD by running each of those programs you installed, one by one

Hey. I tried to install Alcohol on my vista, and the same thing happened.
    Had to reinstall vista.
Just don't install alcohol. It's incompatible with vista.
