    Recovery Media

    I have Vista premium basic on my T61. Anyway I just created recovery media. It only asked for 1 cd and that's it. I thought it was corrupted so I redid it and once again only did one cd.

    What I read in this forum, Lenovo only allows 1 time to create recovery media and it will create several CDs....
    so did I do it right?
    I click start, type recovery media on the search ...

    What is Vista Premium Basic? Is it Home Premium or Home Basic Edition ?

    It should've asked for one CD (boot disc) and the rest to be either DVDs or CDs to follow. What happens once you burn that one CD? Does it tell you that it's complete or does the window just close itself?

    Never mind. I did not click recovery disk button so it only created rescue media.
