How do you reformat the Intel mSATA 310 SSD back to Factory Condition?

I defragged it before I found out that it is not good to defrag a SSD so I want to format it and re-install the OS and other programs back again.

OP, rest easy. The reason not to defrag is that it causes unnecessary wear and tear for no real performance gain. You've already caused that wear and tear once, but almost certainly haven't appreciably harmed your SSD. Nor have you caused some sort of data corruption that warrants reformatting. Just leave well enough alone, and don't perform useless defrags in the future. :)

I would agree. Just turn off the defrag schedule and be done with it.
