    Hey all

I need a new laptop. I've been putting it off and putting it off. Bottom line is that I'd love to get one and not pay a lot of money and wait months to get it.

I've got my eye on a few T400s models in the outlet. They are refurb. They have all the processing power I need.

The other option is to order a new T410s. It would be a bit more money, and I'd have to wait 20 business days (although I'm hearing a lot of people getting their ship dates pushed back).

Are the refurbs from the outlet reliable? Is it a good deal? Or should I just get a new T410s?

You could always go used. I just picked up a 3 month old w700 for $900, not stolen and in new condition. People are desprate for cash, take advantage of that.

The specs in the outlet are often wrong so maybe Ebay might be an option if you don't wanna spend some extra cash for the T401s.
