    Hello All,

    I have order a T61p and I was just wondering if people know if there is a region free firmware for the Dual Layer burner for the T61p.

    I don't have much information about the model number other then
    42V8172 SBB DVD REC.8XMAXDUAL LAY UB-S
    from my order status

    I have region free software for xp but I am upgrading (hahaha probably more like a downgrading :p ) to Vista. Any help on software to stop the OS from checking regions along with the firmware to fake out the HW would be greatly appreciated.
