I've had a few users that have had issues with their laptop not powering on at all. Pressing the power button just doesn't do anything; no LEDs or anything.

Solution: Take out the battery and discharge by pressing the power button numerous times and reinserting the battery again.

My question is: What is causing this to happen? I'd like to give the users a more thought out reason than 'it's an unknown issue.'

    Anybody experience this?
