I`ve just replace the 32gb mSata with an 256gb Crusial on.

As the standard Y580 is configured with the 1TB HDD +32GB SDD for caching I would like to know what is the best new config:

    1TB HDD + 256 GB for caching
    or
256SD and 1TB HDD for data?

Do I haveto take care of anything regarding the Levono EE3 and the Intel Rapid Storage-Technologie???

I´m a bit worried regarding the EE3 RapidBoot optimised Win7 system as `ve just installed a fresh version and installed the drivers and Apps that I saved from the 32GB mSata drive.

I'm running the ssd as main and T e hdd for data. Never had a problem... Also I've in the meantime updated to win 8.1. Only problem after a year of usage is the limited ssd space.
