Finally my fan gave in and died, received "Fan Error" twice third time the fan misfied but is still not working then windows booted up. I'm dam sure not gonna run it. I'm out of warranty my best bet buy parts, shet i might as well upgrade CPU. Also upon my search i've read the error could possibly be BIOS problem

Guys i found a great training site whomever wants to dissect their notebook models. http://www.lenovoservicetraining.com/ion/ deserves a sticky for linky.

The hardware maintenance manual lists both FRUs for your model, so they most likely both work, they're just listing the different manufactorers. The Toshiba appears much more common and less expensive, there's no reason you shouldn't buy that. They are available on ebay for under $30 shipped.

Examining the photos on ebay, based upon a visual inspection they are identical. But if you are unsure, open up your machine and check the FRU of the fan you are replacing, you might as well since you have to open it to replace it.

i saw the T60 fan couple times and opened up my T42 fan once.. it seems pretty easy. just dont drink and fix and you should be good.

If you install/route the cables the same way as the fan you just replaced there should be no problem. If the cables interfere with the keyboard you need to take care of it as the wire's insulation may break overtime causing problems.
