So I have got a Lenovo Y50-70 with 15.6" 3840x2160 UHD Touch Display for about two years now. I've accidentaly dropped my backpack, while the laptop was in it and cracked it's screen so I need to replace it. The screen in the cracked part is working as it was working before the accident, the crack is on the glass.

So I was wondering if I can replace my 15.6" 3840x2160 UHD Touch Display with a 15.6" 1920x1080 FHD Non-touch Display? Is it possible?

I've read that whether screen you are changing, its working depends on the quantity of pins on the Video signal connector.
