My motherboard died in my T20 and I was wondering if I could replace it with a T21 or maybe even a T22 motherboard?

Is it worth it at this point? I would think you could find a complete T21/T22 for sub $100 these days. A T41 is worth about $200.

Yes, you can replace it with one from a T21 or T22 but not a T23.
eBay has these boards for around $20.
