I was an idiot, and when trying to put my TAB key on my x200, the key retainer plastic thing broke.
I don't want to shell out $100 for another keyboard, and I'm not sure if Complete Care (or the base warranty, for that matter) will cover the damage. I don't know if Lenovo will send the individual key retainer, either.
Further, eBay doesn't have any x200 keyboards or key retainers.
Does anyone know if I can use a T60/61 | X61 | X300 key retainer in place?
Appreciate your help!!!

You can probably use the ones from a T60/T61/T400/T500/W500. All of these computers have interchangeable keyboards. I wouldn't recommend trying to use an x60/x61 keyboard because they are a bit smaller (tab key in particular). I don't know about the x300/x301, but my guess is it uses a special ultrathin keyboard with the backlight option on Capslock and Thinkvantage.

x200 does not use the same keyboard as the T-series. Different screw placement. But if you do get a hold of one, you can try taking out the piece you need.
