Just got off the phone with warrenty service. They won't cover replacing my LCD with white spots. They say its due to pressure points and want to charge me 750 bucks...WOW! I want to do this myself and save some money.

Can't find anyone selling replacement LCDs for the T410s on the web.. Anyone know where I can find one? Thnaks for your help... Dan

eBay seems the most likely option. You might want to post over on ThinkPads.com to see if anyone's got an extra.

Your other choice is to buy one from Lenovo and you've see how much they charge.

It's made in China and that's why the spare parts are located there.

I bought my Intel Ultimate 6300 card, Qualcom Gobi 2000 and a new keyboard from Hong Kong through Ebay. No problem at all.

Lenovo is going to charge exorbitant rates...your best bet maybe to buy the entire top module (top cover, front bezel, LCD), this is what I did with my T60 with a bad LCD.
