I am seriously contemplating getting today's managers special on the Lenovo website for a T61. The only thing I would like to do is upgrade the RAM to 2GB and the HD. I have replaced RAM on Macbooks before, but how hard or easy is this to do on a Thinkpad? What about the HD?
