    Rescue & Recovery - Backup operation stays at 0% progress

    I am trying to make a backup using the Thinkvantage "Rescue and Recovery" tool. After I click "OK", however, the progress bar stays at 0% and the message of "A backup of your system is now in progress. Do not power off during this process" stays on the window.

    After an hour, I try clicking cancel or closing the box but nothing happens. Any ideas?
