    Rescue Recovery 4.2 Crash on Update

    I have been trying to update Rescue and Recovery (both through system update and by a standalone update). However, I receive multiple messages that nspect.exe has "appcrash" with the fault module of tvtcoreutil.dll.
    I can't find anything about either of these programs on lenovo site or even on google.
    Does anyone have any ideas bout how to work around this?

    you have to find out what does the tvt dll refers to im pretty sure it has something to do with one of the thinkvantage software im just not sure what exactly try looking it up in msconfig under the services or startup tab , if you cant seem to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling the appropriate aaplication try going back to 3.1 update.
