    Rescue disks, only one set?

    I want to redo my rescue disk set. Is there a way to do it without calling lenovo?

    If you do a restore from the original rescue set, will it reenable the option to allow you to then create a new set? From previous posts, I had the impression that might work.

    yes u can do a systsem restore by hitting the think button during startup and then restore to factory.. then it will let u make another set.. just make sure to backup anything important b4 u do heh :)

    I believe and I'm not 100% sure since I've not done it myself, but from what I've read the newest versions of Rescue and Recovery allow you to do a custom install of Windows. If you do a custom install, R&R allows you to burn a new set of discs with would be like the custom install and not the factory restore. If you want a second set of recovery discs, you can just copy the originals.

    Well, I got 3 cds and 1 dvd, I'm kind of a perfectionist so I'd like the 1 cd and 2 dvds...
