    Hi,

Quick summary: I need a list of chip part numbers on the Lenovo 3000 N200 board, or high-res pics of the board.

A while ago I figured out (after reading another forum thread on a similar topic) how to change various hidden/unchangeable options in the Lenovo 3000 N200 BIOS. For example, you can enable execute-disable bit support, skip the boot time RAM test (which can be slow with a lot of RAM) and some other things. Take a look at the thread at forums.lenovo.com/lnv/board/message?board.id=N_Series_Lenovo_3000&thread.id=7491
The same technique can be applied to other Lenovo notebooks, or indeed any notebook that uses the Phoenix BIOS.

I'm currently reverse-engineering the N200 BIOS to figure out other hidden settings. Ideally it will be possible to overclock the computer just by changing CMOS settings, but perhaps that's a bit too optimistic...

Anyway, it would really help if I can get a list of all the chips present on the N200 main board (other than the CPU and Intel north & south bridge chips). Having high-res pics of the board would be great. So if you can help please contact me. (I don't want to take apart my N200 because it's almost new and I'd probably never be able to put it back right!)
