Does anyone know how to do this without being able to get you computer to POST?

Tried asking in the questions thread, but much like with most questions there, it went unanswered.

I could not find the CMOS battery when taking apart mine, so I was wondering what sort of thing you have to do to fix this issue.

If anyone happens to know, I'd be very glad to hear it.

I need my BIOS back to default settings, apparently something I did caused issues.

They never reply to things and if they do it takes them forever.

Yea, I have. I've also looked at pictures of the board. It seems to be well hidden.
