This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     HELP! I decided to use the ThinkVantage to restore to factory settings.

    I need the Admin windows password to get in now! Yikes! Where/how do I find this password!?!?

    Why would you need the administrator password if you are using the thinkvantage button to restore? That is before it even hits windows.
