    I know that if you just want to return a product for whatever reason just to get a refund and not do business with them anymore will almost guarantee a 15% restocking fee. With Dell, they always waived the restocking fee if you decide to return something for a full refund assuming you are buying another one or a diff model from them. Now I don't know about Lenovo so I made this thread

    Will Lenovo give me a full refund and not charge me a restocking fee if i decide to return the x120e and use the refund money/credit from that to add to the difference to buy another model from them say a T420 or X220? I know that if you just wanted a refund and not doing anymore business with them then 100% guaranteed a 15% restocking fee.

    call the sales department and ask.   stuff like this is handled on a case-by-case basis.
