I have a laptop that I want to return but it is currently being shipped. I want to ensure the return process goes as smoothly as possible.

I spoke to Lenovo and they e-mailed me a UPS Return Label and also a Return Service Customer Receipt.

When the package arrives, do I just sign the package and give the delivery person the Return Label? And then ask them to sign that Receipt?

Anything else I should be aware of? Thanks.
