Question has anyone had experience returning a new machine to Lenovo?

Is the “invoice date” the same as the ship date I guess? Thanks

Yes, the return period is based on the date on which Lenovo first ships the machine. I forgot how long the return period is, but I believe it's 30 days.

Most computer companies use this date. I KNOW Gateway did, and believe Dell and others do too.

I just wanted to post that Lenovo customer support was great handling my return. I have a T-43 15’’ that I’m returning this week for a 14’’ T-60. Due to ship end of April.
