This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    man, the review was killer! thanks a ton. I'm on Ubuntu and the first comment by Eric totally did it for me. I tried to dual boot the thing first and it was pretty ugly (SSD partition table nonsense that is apparently quite common). ended up wiping windows and going for it.
    diggin it so far. still working on the trackpad settings.
